This place is amazing!I felt like inside a jewelry store. Everything is so clean, well organized and special.The customer service is 10/10.If I knew about it before I would never have made key copies at those machines in the supermarkets.Seriously, the experience here is uniqueI had to go bc the key I needed couldn't have been done by those copies machines. I was told by the person who helped me here that it is a very old model. Not very commercial any moreAnyway, if you have the chance please please please support this local small business. You won't regret it.

A friend who is in construction told me that First Lock was the best, and he was so right! Gary knew what kind of antique unpredictable lock i was dealing with based simply on the address of my condo complex. He was responsive to all of my questions. As soon as the smart lock I ordered came in, Anthony was there to do the installation. He was very professional and pleasant. I have peace of mind.

Our office recently used First Lock to repair our locked mailbox. The electronic lock was broken and we could not find the key. We asked them to change the lock and make use new keys. We didn't even discuss fixing the electronic lock, because it is 16+ years old. The team went above and beyond. They did change the lock, but they also fixed the electronic lock too! Great customer service!
