Can't recommend enough. I had an unfortunate experience with a locksmith co. I found on Google that had high ratings, but the tech was terrible, total hack job. Bruce Bauer Lumber recommended Gary at First Lock. They made the necessary adjustments and replaced strike plates and on a return trip replaced door handles, everything works way better now. It was nice to have a younger locksmith training and learning the trade with the more experienced techs.

I need duplicate keys for my motorcycle and Ace Hardware, Blossom Hardware cannot make it. Similarly kiosk at Home Depot or Safeway cannot either. However, they made the duplicate key for $22. Not cheap but did it just right.
Early last week, I came into First Lock with a non-standard key that couldn't be copied by a regular key-copying machine. The man behind the counter copied it by hand, within about 30 minutes, and the duplicate key works perfectly! Can't ask for more than that. Thank you for the good job!
