I had one of those “smart” thumbprint-reading doorknobs. It was on lock and the thing died so I couldn’t get in as the physical key was in the room. Ben was able to pick the mini key port within a minute of arriving. Including reference of the knob. The damage is my own doing trying to get in w a credit card btw.
Awesome guy. Had to duplicate my motorcycle key, none of the locksmiths were interested. But this guy took care of it. Not only that, he figured out the root cause of my uncut key not working and fixed it. Excellent work.
