So Ben really came through for me a month ago when I was locked out of my place. He was booked so he couldn’t provide me any services, but he answered all my questions, told me what scams were out there, followed up unsolicited. It was great to know there was someone experienced who could advise me in a moment of desperation. Mind you, I was with my sleepy/cranky toddler after a 12 hr flight with all our luggage when I realized we lost our keys. It was a very vulnerable position to be in and I’m so grateful that Ben gave me free advice and remote support. I’ve saved him in my phone as locksmith in the event me or any of my friends ever needs to call one.
