“Our front door knob is pretty old and we thought the latch was broken when the knob doesn't turn. We called Bravo Locksmith on a Sunday and Alex came out in 20mins (eta was 25min) and helped us open the door within minutes. Turned out it was the key copies from Home Depot that was bad. He made 2 extra keys for us and make sure they work.He shared the price with us upfront before he performed work. Price was standard as we had other locksmiths before. (Inspection fee + fix cost).We'd call them again if we have issues in the future.“

“I needed to get the door lock replaced on my car. I called a bunch of locksmiths in the area and they told me that they couldn't do the job. When I called Parker Secrity they had a technician call me back right away. I told him what I needed and he said he would make a call to check on parts and get right back to me, which he did and gave me the estimate. His name is Alonzo. He had me bring my car in. He put the new lock on and had me back on the road in no time at all! He has great customer service skills, explains everything, and is a great technician! “So thankful for the speedy response, great customer service and great prices, when I locked myself out watering the plants, with no shoes, no phone, no keys, nothing! They sent Charlie who was amazing, he was kind enough to give me his jacket since I was outside in the cold, literally as soon as he arrived. And the locks on my doors did not make his job easy! But he did it, got me back in with my kitties and was beyond polite and kind. Thank you Charlie for hanging in and getting me back inside. And side note, when I was worried about my blood sugar dropping as I am diabetic, he immediately offered me a snack so I didn't have to worry about crashing. Honestly, I am beyond appreciative! Highly recommend them and definitely ask for Charlie!“
