“Our front door knob is pretty old and we thought the latch was broken when the knob doesn't turn. We called Bravo Locksmith on a Sunday and Alex came out in 20mins (eta was 25min) and helped us open the door within minutes. Turned out it was the key copies from Home Depot that was bad. He made 2 extra keys for us and make sure they work.He shared the price with us upfront before he performed work. Price was standard as we had other locksmiths before. (Inspection fee + fix cost).We'd call them again if we have issues in the future.“

“We called them to ask if they could rekey our whole church after a break-in that morning. Ed called me right back and said he could be there in 2 hours and could do the out side locks that day. He was very professional and helpful and pointed out issues that we were not aware of do to the break-in. He even came back the next day to re-key the interior locks of the church. Then he came back once more to fix a problem that we were having with our main doors that are heavy and complex. He had to custom make a new piece on the spot.“

He took the lock apart (somewhat complicated lock), and within 30 minutes everything was fixed. One of the best service experiences I've ever received. AJ is fast and incredibly talented.“
“Purchased a replacement key fob shell and got my emergency key copied for $8. Quick and easy. I would recommend. FYI, they do not guarantee that the key will work, but it usually does.“

I located a kiosk that was close and was able to log into my account and get a key cut on the spot. This saved me hours for waiting on someone to come open my door. Definitely would use again if i need to get a new key. (when you get a new key go save it on your account so you are ready for being locked out)“
