Steve and Colby were creative in their problem solving abilities, and they were super positive throughout the whole process despite the job being more complicated than usual. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel fun and productive. Needless to say, the results were great and we're pretty happy with our new unit.

It was difficult to find but with their expertise were able to locate a deep break and repair it at a reasonable price. We also found a gas line problem with inferior materials installed by a previous contractor which they fixed as well.“

Had an outside faucet redone and the technician accidentally turned on our old sprinkler system that is leaky and we don't use anymore. This caused a massive garden leak, but in n out plumbing came back the next day to diagnose and fix the problem at no cost. They also helped by giving me a free estimate for future work underneath the house. I'm really appreciative of all this and wish I told them that we deactivated our sprinklers years ago instead of them accidentally turning the system on. Overall great speed and service.“

“Fidelity home warranty sent Rick to fix our shower mixer valve after they had sent a different plumber to diagnose it. Rick was very responsive and easy to schedule then when he came he did a great job confirming the issue, going to get a replacement part, and fixing it very quickly and efficiently. We would hire him directly if we have future issues.“

“For our condo there are a lot of requirements for working on plumbing because it's a big condo complex And luckily Southwood is one of the preferred vendors because they already had their license and insurance on file. I was wary of it because usually it means they would be overpriced but I was actually really happy that it wasn't. The price was more than reasonable and they worked with my and the HOA schedule to make it work. They did a great job and I'm really happy that they did.

More recently I wanted to do another work on my own place and thought of them. Denis the owner called me and let me know that they would need some time to figure out whether the part would fit and once again were honest and said it's probably 2 hours work so he charged per hour which is reasonable.

Overall I'd totally consider using them for my plumbing or water heater jobs.“
