Works did a great job. I had to replace our wall tankless water heater and they came and were efficient and fast. I love the digital reminders and notifications. The techs were polite and worked fast and clean. I signed up for their yearly plan which saved me a bunch and will hopefully ensure I don’t have to replace the heater again cause now it’s going to get serviced. I didn’t know and that’s probably why my last heater only lasted 8 years. Highly recommend.
The technician was thorough and had a good suggestion for each thing that worried me. He fixed my kitchen sink connection quickly and was very friendly. Also a good salesman so keep your wits about you!
