Nigel’s team deserves 10+ stars. They are the nicest, most responsible, thoughtful and smartest plumbers we’ve ever had. I wish I found them 30 years ago instead of all the expensive and bad plumbers we’ve had before now. Nigel sent 3 super nice guys who spent a full 8 hours snaking through all 3 of our toilet attachment spots to clear a blockage in a difficult to reach outflow pipe. I’m certain that other plumbers would’ve given up and told us we needed to dig under our house foundation to replace the pipe.
