Get Well With Danielle
“Danielle's personalized approach to training is rooted in listening to your body and meeting it where it is each session. I've worked with her for 1.5 years. For context, I've been athletic since early childhood and carried physical fitness into adulthood. Then I entered the mid-40s and with it came migraines, neck and back pain, debilitating inflammation, and of course weight gain. Danielle has been a critical part of my healing team. Her patience, attunement, intentional integration of massage-strength-stretching, encouragement, compassion, and belief in the possibility that my body and brain can/will reconnect carried me through moments of wanting to give up and doubting that I'd be able to move the way I used to ever again. Under her expert guidance and care, I am stronger than I've ever been (including when I was a young student-athlete), have skills and tools to nurture my body and build strength between sessions, and am on my way to being able to jog on the beach again. I prefer meeting in the park, but she is just as effective online. I also follow her on Substack and found solace in her poetry and head/neck healing books. I can't say enough about the power of Danielle's healing gifts.:)”
Ashtanga Yoga Monterey
“I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 10 years now, and Kyongwha is the most kind, caring, and dedicated yoga instructor I’ve ever met. If you want your relationship with your body to be one of strength, space, and expanding your limitations, there’s nowhere better you could choose to learn!”
