“Danielle's personalized approach to training is rooted in listening to your body and meeting it where it is each session. I've worked with her for 1.5 years. For context, I've been athletic since early childhood and carried physical fitness into adulthood. Then I entered the mid-40s and with it came migraines, neck and back pain, debilitating inflammation, and of course weight gain. Danielle has been a critical part of my healing team. Her patience, attunement, intentional integration of massage-strength-stretching, encouragement, compassion, and belief in the possibility that my body and brain can/will reconnect carried me through moments of wanting to give up and doubting that I'd be able to move the way I used to ever again.
