I love taking classes at Om Studios. All the teachers are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable no matter what level you are. The studio is spacious and inviting and I love the community there!

Om has been a friendly little sanctuary for me since I moved to Monterey! The space is beautiful, the teachers are experienced and good (like, really good!), and they offer a variety of classes (yoga, reformer Pilates, and barre) so anyone can find their thing. The owner and manager take great pride in the experience they offer to their customers. They will know your name when you walk in! If you’re new to the area, do yourself a favor and sign up for their new member offer. You won’t regret it!

Love OM studios! Very welcoming environment with a great sense of community, I’ve made some great friends there. All the instructors are fantastic and they offer a great variety of classes.
