Yoga Salinas
“This studio is a gem -- beautiful, welcoming, and full of heart. Audrey, the owner, is an incredibly talented teacher whose deep love for yoga shines through in every class. She creates an environment where both beginners and more advanced practitioners feel equally supported and challenged.
What's especially impressive is how she gracefully balances a diverse community of younger and older students, skillfully weaving a range of asanas into her flows so everyone can engage at their own level.
Audrey's presence is warm, grounded, and inspiring. I always left feeling better -- physically, mentally, and emotionally. I truly hope I can continue practicing here, depending on how things unfold with my work.
If you're considering this studio: GO! You'll feel the difference from the moment you walk in.”
