“I have been attending Candlelight Flow Yoga classes @ Hotsource for the past 4 months. I go 3 nights a week. It's been fantastic for my strength, balance, posture and flexibility. A side bonus, the sweat is the best thing ever for your skin. My skin has gotten so soft.The combination of the heat, the sweat, the stretching, the positions and the candlelight creates a unique environment that benefits both the mind and body...dare I say soul?It's not easy. It's hot and it's a workout. But, the results are well worth it. I am getting better at the poses (asanas) and that in itself is rewarding. If you are considering, I strongly recommend you give it a try!The reception area, studio and locker rooms are all very nice and clean. The gals at the reception desk are so very sweet and welcoming. The instructors are all great. They make you feel welcome no matter what level 'yogi' you are at---beginner (me) to advanced (amazing)Special shout-out to Miss Hailey Lewis.
