“If I could give 6 stars, I would. Sam was quick to respond when my old PC got the dreaded white screen. I had to buy a new desktop, but couldn't get into my old one to transfer my stuff. Sam gave me solutions immediately and a link to purchase an adapter to access my hard drive. I didn't feel comfortable doing this myself since I didn't know if my HD was corrupted. Sam gave me an appointment the next day and came to my home. He was so knowledgeable and was able to access my hard drive and move everything into my new computer. He was very pleasant and let me watch what he was doing, explaining to me every step of the way. He even created an automatic back up for me. I can't recommend Sam's IT enough, the price was more than reasonable for his travel and time, and his honesty is invaluable. HIGHLY recommend.“

They have an extensive staff with a good support team and the owners are amazing.We got a computer through them that has had no issues whatsoever for 2 years. Other local repair shops were quoting higher pricing and 3-4 days in the shop. He diagnosed the problem the same afternoon and we were able to pick up before he closed. Sometimes the mom & pop size business can give faster service at a more competitive price. A good find for computer repair.“
