“A sole proprietary business who is honest and reasonably priced. Computer up grade with new components being done at home and something was not working. Other local repair shops were quoting higher pricing and 3-4 days in the shop. He diagnosed the problem the same afternoon and we were able to pick up before he closed. Sometimes the mom & pop size business can give faster service at a more competitive price. A good find for computer repair.“

“Ez Computer Solutions is the best place to go for anything computer and technology related. If they don't have the answer for you right away they will get you an answer. They have an extensive staff with a good support team and the owners are amazing.We got a computer through them that has had no issues whatsoever for 2 years. “About 4 years ago I was in desperate need of a new desktop. My current computer at the time had a corrupted C drive that kept losing space. But at the time, the Covid supply disruption had left the computer retail market fairly devoid of decent PCs no matter the price point. Fortunately, an employee at Best Buy told me about Curtis and BlissVector.

Curtis returned my call immediately and made me feel instantly that I had called the right person. Not only was Curtis fully capable of building a PC machine for me — he was actually excited to do the work. He clearly enjoys his work and is super motivated. He gets jazzed when he can deliver for a customer.

My needs weren’t complicated or extreme — I’m a writer and photographer and I needed mostly large memory for photo, music and video files and a fast processor and graphics card to have a non-laggy work flow for editing video and photos. I also wanted to be able to run cutting edge games. I also had a budget.

Curtis has a network of contacts to get the best parts from and using those he was able to build a machine that was perfect for me. He built my PC with the future in mind so that it wouldn’t be outdated and slow in just a few years and he made it as flexible as possible with fast SS C drive and reliable, recoverable mechanical HDD drives for my file libraries. It’s the best computer I’ve ever owned! And 4 years later it’s still as fast as it was on day one.

Fortunately, my machine runs so well, I’ve never needed any tech support. But if I ever do, I’m going right to Curtis at BlissVector.“

Foremost, they know their stuff and are fantastic at their trade. If you are looking for no fluff, down-to-earth, real folk that know exactly what they advertise, you've found them.

These guys are technicians with real skills, a genuine passion for their craft, and a heart for their community. I haven't run into another shop like them in years.

My wife and I have hired them twice now: once for her laptop's touchscreen breaking and again for proper installation of storage expansions for our PS5s.

The first job (my wife's laptop) they finished just as fast as they could get the part in, and the price, parts AND labor included, was so damn reasonable compared to other shops we'd asked.

The second job (memory expansions for our PS5s that we bought and brought in), brother didn't ask nor take a single dime for.

Instead, he opened them up, took them back to dust them out, did the job with care right in front of me, tested them right in front of me, closed them up, thanked me for coming by again, and wished me a great day...

...Like, WHAT???

I was FLOORED that a shop that genuinely cares about their community EXISTS anymore!
