Ronnie was awesome! He has called me over a 3 day period and I am now up and running! So patient, kind and polite. I'm not a tech person and he was just so good to work with. And yes Ronnie, I am saving the 800 # to my phone!! Thank you! Thank you!

Spoke with Ronnie as we were in the process of moving between two locations and could not access our YouTube TV at both locations while in residence. He helped us work through making the changes to our settings.

I had been dealing with a problem for several days, with no solution in sight. Ronnie came to the rescue and spent hours clearing up the problem with very favorable results. He was patient and efficient. Thanks for a job well done!!
