“I took my down jacket to Miller Cleaners to be dry cleaned. When I dropped it off the jacket was unzipped. When I picked the jacket up the jacket was zipped up and enclosed in plastic and somehow the zipper tab was broken. They kindly offered to fix it and I thought that was fantastic customer support. That was a quick resolution to the problem. I believe the tab somehow broke off during the cleaning process. I just moved back to Mill Valley and it’s great to know I now have a cleaners to go to that I can rely on. Thanks for the great job Miller Cleaners.“

Not only did they replace the zipper in no time, but the replacement zipper that they used was better than the one that came with the pants. Now the fabric fold that rests over the zipper lays flush against the pants instead of having a little gap at the top. They also mended the pockets of a jacket that I love, and I am much happier for it.“
