I was really hoping this dry cleaner would live up to the amazing rating here, as I’ve been trying to find a reliable cleaner in the city. But it’s absolute highway robbery - my brand new white skirt came back with two stains on it, my wool pieces have an odor and dog hair on them (I don’t have a dog), and they were not able to get the stain out of my silk dress. Agnes, Conrad and sometimes Wonderkid Dillon are a neighborhood treasure! Baldwin is just as amazing. Not only are they an outstanding cleaners, but they are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and they’ve become like family to us in our neighborhood. We are so lucky to have them.

I have been cleaning my clothes for five years since we moved in SF. The family owned business always made me feel like home. Agnes is very tentative and detail oriented. I highly recommend to give them a shot if you want high quality cleaner for caring your clothes
