I met with Shay for a home consultation recently and was given a comprehensive bid to renovate two bathrooms, a kitchen, and dining room fireplace. He was knowledgeable, detailed and even pointed out potential water damage from an unrelated roof inspection that my husband and I ended up having to handle right away. I interviewed two other contractors and HQR's bid was pretty comparable with consideration of adding the cost of sourced materials. The only reason we did not move forward with renovations was because the roof issue turned into a separate nightmare. But we look forward to working with Shay and the team in the near future.
