When I was shopping for two recliners at the Corte Madera store I found the staff not only professional and helpful, but absolutely amazing in helping me obtain exactly what I wanted. Terry Williams, the store manager was very kind, patient and knowledgeable, as was Susan and Rosa, in helping me customize my recliners for the best price. Terry had me try several chairs, and took the time it needed to determine what my options were, and it truly made my decision so much easier. I recommend the La-Z-Boy store experience over on-line shopping, because one size does not fit all. It couldn’t have gone better!

This is our third La-Z-Boy purchase. This time we worked with Susan and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She took the time to help us pick the right sofa couch and fabric. She did not hover over us, did not rush us and was very patient. She was both friendly and very professional. We are very confident in our purchase and highly recommend asking for Susan if you are shopping at this location.
