“We just went to Lush Spaw for the first time today. Elena did such a great job with our Cavachon! The whole experience from booking the appointment online to the check in was easy. They require proof of Rabies vaccination which you can send via text , super simple. Elena took the time to understand how we wanted Biscuit's haircut to be , including the length & overall look we were going for. In 2.5 hours , Biscuit was ready!! The Lush groom Biscuit had today was great. He looked like a million bucks & so happy. Elena let us know how Biscuit did which was also nice. Elena is awesome & so is the front staff. They set us up with Mary who was amazing! She is so sweet to our goldendoodle and really cares about getting the cut you want for your dog. We have gone to her three times now and our dog , Sasha, always looks great when we pick her up. We have many people at the dog park asking where we go to get her grooming done and even get compliments a month after her cut. It grows out so well! We highly recommend Mary. “We have used A+ Luxury Grooming for our 2-Ragdoll cats for many years now. We could not be more satisfied. Stacy has an obvious passion and talent for grooming pets and it shows. She takes her time to ensure our cats are bathed with the best products and brushed out thoroughly. Her special attention to brush out our long hair cats with their thick under coats is impressive, as most owners are aware can be problematic. She has the patience with our 2-cats that are not very cooperative with the grooming process. We are very pleased with Stacy’s impressive work. We highly recommend her grooming service.“

“The customer service was great with Bill and Isaac they both went above and beyond to help with all our questions and helped with information needed to cared for a pet my daughter adopted from someone ,all except for one person a manager with piercing in his ear lobs was very rude unprofessional and really needs help with his customer service his behavior wasn't something for someone of his position and if his behavior was this way to customer kind of makes you think how does he treat his employees something someone should look into other then that experience with him everything else was great with other employees“

“Our two dogs get very excited when we pull up to Dr. Dave's. We primarily use the place for multiple overnight stays for our two dogs. When we pick them up, they are healthy, no injuries, and correct weight. The folks there are good about giving scheduled medication. The prices are reasonable, especially when vouchers for overnight stays are purchased a couple dozen at a time.“
