She does have you drop off your baby which causes anxiety (in me) but she texted me updates of reassurance without me asking. Plus she gave our pup a rainbow Mohawk as last minute request. It was so friggin cute! Got so many compliments. Ashley is not pressed for time which also means she's not rushed and this is key. Other groomers have multiple animals at the same time and are in a hurry. Mistakes can mean injury. Our baby is shy & scared like 90% of the time. When ashley brought her out to us, she was totally comfortable in her arms. Like they had really bonded. I wrote a negative review previously but I was completely wrong and I'm sorry.“
