From our initial inquiry, Furologist's responsiveness was impressive, and they even accommodated us for a same-day appointment. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Bam, who not only helped us decide on Leia's grooming style but also walked us through the entire process, ensuring Leia felt comfortable every step of the way. It was my dog Dot's first visit with Michelle and her staff, and the experience was fantastic! Lucky for us, their store is close to my house. First and foremost, even as a first-timer, arranging an appointment was simple because I was able to interact via text to schedule a time and ask any questions. I suggest preparing your dog's immunization records ahead of time to speed up the process. I received a text soon after Dot was finished with her visit.
