We brought in our newly adopted one year old Anatolian Shepherd. She’s very shy and skittish, has a hard time warming up to people and was terrified being there. Dr. Zibaee spent a lot of time with her, calmed her down with pets and patience, and made the visit so much easier. We are so grateful to her.
Dr Z literally saved my cat who caught two upper respiratory viruses during our travels. I was really worried, because the first antibiotic wasn’t working, but Dr Z quickly pivoted and prescribed a different one that saved his life. Thank you Dr Z from me and from Tayo!
So far, so good. We dropped off our pup there for her first overnight stay since they are close to our house.
The staff was friendly, and everything went smooth. Not to mention, their daycare and over night stays are reasonably priced.
The only feedback I'd give is that they should charge/allow after hours pick-up because it's hard to be back by 3:30 otherwise you're forced to pick up the next day.
That said, I would gladly pay an extra fee for a later pickup around 7pm or so because getting home from anywhere in the bay area and beyond takes times, but could also become an additional revenue stream for the facility since people are there anyway.
