“Granada did a large remodel for my historical home in Downtown Los Gatos. It was quite a feat going through the permitting process and they assisted every step of the way. Not only do I love the design of my home, but it flows so well with my lifestyle. I was very overwhelmed with the selecting of the materials prior to beginning but Jessica made it a joy. Her expertise and creative approach really made the stress of a large remodel exciting! Al was also a huge creative mind making suggestions that saved time and money. “He responded in less than 10 minutes of me placing a query via Yelp. He advised he would be able to come the next day (Saturday). He came on time and finished the cabinet adjustment to enable my new refrigerator to die in the bespoke cabinetry (done in 1994). We had to trim about 1/8th inch or 3/16th off an existing wood trim. He completed the work (removal, trim, stain) within about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was a little worried during the assessment at the start but am very pleased with the completed project.“
