“I feel so fortunate to have hired Jared and his team for what ended up being a whole house remodel. I had worked with a couple of contractors for smaller jobs in the past, and those experiences left me nervous about choosing a contractor for this BIG job. I think I interviewed 8 contractors before I hired Jared. It turns out, I hit the jackpot!Jared is everything you want in a contractor. Steady, calm, organized, reliable, trustworthy, and a great communicator. I never wondered what was going on with my job, or when/if someone would show up...he was on top of everything. He was also extremely flexible. When I changed my mind about something (ended up happening more than once), or added something to the job (also happened more than once), or when we had to unexpectedly rebuild our deck because it was not originally sloped correctly (ok, that only happened once)... he handled each change expertly; with ease and patience.As I mentioned above, this job was big: 3 bathrooms, our kitchen, laundry room, and deck. We also re-drywalled and repainted the whole house, replaced all the flooring/windows/doors. We even redid the stucco and siding on the exterior. Jared's own team was amazing, as was every single sub. Each person that came to work on our house was kind, friendly, and respectful of our home. Most importantly, they are all masters of their crafts. We have been back in our home for a couple months now and it is like a dream.
