Mike Schmidlin General Contractor

Mike did an excellent job resurfacing our large, unusually shaped deck. The deck has several curved edges and curved stairs that we wanted to preserve, and the finished work looks beautiful. When some unexpected rot was discovered in the framing beneath the stairs, Mike explained the problem clearly and repaired it at a reasonable additional cost. He and his crew were easy to work with, his pricing was competitive, and we are extremely pleased with the finished deck. We would happily recommend him.

Mike and his crew do excellent work! They are professional, keep a clean worksite, and keep in great communication with the customer to be sure the job is done to expectation. Top notch!

Mike and his team did an excellent job rebuilding our two-level deck! The deck looks great, both the Trex Transcend on the decking as well as the wooden railing which our HOA required. Great communication by Mike to keep us updated on all steps. Overall a well-planned and executed project from start to end. The team even repaired a support column which was not part of the deck free of charge.
