Jose was outstanding from start to finish. He was courteous, professional, and took the time to walk us through every step of the process so we always knew what was happening and why. One thing I really appreciated was how candid he was—he made it clear that he prefers to work with facts rather than assumptions, which gave us a very clear understanding of the scope of work, pricing, and estimates.
