Kayhan's Roofing

Kayhan's Roofing is a roofing company in Los Angeles. They specialize in roof replacement, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Their licensed contractors provide shingle, tile, and flat roof solutions. They serve areas like Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks, Malibu, and beyond, including Los Angeles county, Ventura county, and Orange county.

Customers say the team really understood them as homeowners. They made customers feel on top of the project instead of always having to ask what was going on. One customer hired them for a minor roof repair but was treated like royalty. Another chose them after looking at many roofers. The team got exactly what the customer was looking for, like an insulated roof, and came in with one of the lowest quotes. The team was respectful, cleaned up daily, and worked efficiently. One project took longer due to delivery delays, but they remained flexible.

Another customer vetted seven bids and circled right back. The team stood out with honesty and expertise. They walked the customer through every roofing option, breaking down materials, costs, and upkeep in simple terms, and never rushed. They delivered top quality work and on time completion, and met the budget exactly. They sent regular photos and videos of progress and came onsite daily. The new roof exceeded expectations. The crew replaced a 25 year old roof and coordinated with a solar contractor. They gave a fair price, showed up on time, and were easy to work with. A retile customer said the team is easy to work with and extremely helpful and patient in answering all questions. The crew is professional and a pleasure to work with. They take their time to do a great job and clean up debris every day. For any roofing needs, this roofer will take care of you.
