My wife and I contacted a couple roofing company's because there was a leak from our roof during rainy day(s). We decided going with Rafael & Iris Roofing as their quotes were more affordable than others. Simon, our project manager, was amazing. Since the presentation for the quote, Simon provided great useful information, samples of the materials, and an explanation of the entire process. My wife and I had previously had another home project with another company, and that was a horrible nightmare. Rafael & Iris Roofing and Simon were amazing throughout the entire project. Simon was always there when my wife and I had a question or concern. He took care of everything, and completed everything he told us needed to be done. His entire team was great, they were all friendly, work was done quick and precise, and actually cleaned up after the work was done. My wife and I are very happy and content with all the work that was done. This place is awesome, from the owner, Aviv to the office staff, especially Norma. they are very friendly, courteous and professional. Very upfront and fair pricing. if you need a Roofer, this is the place to go!
Aviv and his team were amazing, glad we found them! We did some research on yelp, got a few different quotes for a new roof, they weren't the least expensive (cheap work can be very expensive in the end), but they were definitely the most communicative, attentive, timely and professional of them all. Hands down we would recommend them to anyone!
