Levi came to see if we had a hole in the roof, which was causing a leak when it rained. He determined the roof to be in good condition. However, the culprit is erosion of the sealant around the AC outlet. Levi did not charge me for the visit. He is the most professional and pleasant expert in this field. When we need a new roof in the future, this will be the company we choose. I'll also post the name on our neighbor site.

I need to add this: The next day after Levi's inspection, another Roof Buddy tech showed up. He climbed on our roof, fixed the seal, and again, no charge! This is not only wonderful service, but human kindness!
We had a very informative consultation with Jose about our problematic roof. He arrived right on time and was extremely professional and thorough! Clear communication and understanding seem to be a high priority going forward to minimize surprise costs. Highly recommend RoofBuddy and Jose to anyone looking for honest and reliable roofing advice.
Jose came to inspect our roof and was SO great. He explained and pointed out every thing we had an idea of needing done and also some things we didn't realize were problematic. He was very patient with our questions and went step by step making sure we understood the process before making a decision. In the end, we decided to move forward and have Roof Buddy take care of our house because we feel from the interaction with Jose that they are reliable and trustworthy.
