“So let me start by saying I'm demanding. The entire crew were 1. Courteous and respectful (we have a no shoes policy inside the house and they immediately complied), 2. Accommodating (we have two kids and a pet, making any project a nightmare), 3. Communicative (explained every step and process). Dealing with mold is horrific. They fixed the issue without unnecessary damage to the test of the house, they put up plastic and sealed it appropriately. I cannot be more thankful. We had to get a full mold remidiation. It wasn't something out policy covered and we paid out of pocket. We also got mold testing after at well to make sure it was gone. We can't be thankful enough.“

We reached out to Cendecon who picked up the phone late at night, and sent Ethan to our home who immediately assessed the situation and set up all of the huge fans to suction out and evaporate the excess moisture. A roll off dumpster appeared, they took all of the demo stuff and filled it, then the dumpster vanished.
