Amaan was great to work with: he's professional to walk-thru the ADU building process from permit approval to actual development time. He was honest to identify potential constructions which may incur extra costs (e.g. fire sprinkler, solar panels..etc.). Although I'm still contemplating what types of ADUs to be built, he gave me valuable advice and insights to make the finance, building and development process more easier and transparent!

More than six months ago I left a review and wanted to edit it but couldn't so I decided to write another review. We put $ down on a Abodu homes years ago. Period of time it took to get installed and have it livable was much much longer than they told us. Communication was not good. Quality of work wasn't good when we first got it but they have fixed most everything. The reason I gave Abodu 1 star was because of the experience I was having but I decided to write this and give them 3 stars because I really like the design and living in it this past year. Fully helpful and responsive and respectful. I admire their professionalism in creating the dream of being in a home. I love their designs also. Thanks for getting back to me and being nice.
