“Najib showed up to give an estimate for installing a heat pump water heater as a replacement for a gas water heater. It requireds installing a 240 volt electrical line which Najib is not licensed to do. He should have informed me about that on phone but he waived the $75 estimate fee nevertheless as he cannot do the full job for me. So, I give him 5 stars for his professionalism.“

I appreciate the quick turn around time but the initial estimate was $200 then was mentioned $300 and finally when making a payment it was $380 and said parts are extra. To change a small pipe and the flush valve I think it was overpriced. But I still appreciate the quick turnaround which was needed at the time. Would have been a 5 star if it was fixed it time at a reasonable and transparent pricing and would have recommended this company to people I know getting them more business.“
