We had a wonderful experience today! We had a repair technician named Dan come to service our failing heating system. For two weeks we have been having a problem with our heating system, and today it finally stopped working. Dan worked on our furnace, pointed out some issues with our filtering system, and was incredibly professional, well mannered, and friendly. He got our heating system to start working again, the cost was lower than what we expected to pay, and a guarantee on the work was provided in writing. We have already scheduled him to come back in April for our AC tune up, and we are considering having this company come and do our duct cleaning. All in all, we got great service, and our house is warm and toasty again. Thanks Helpful?
