Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
“Rhonda is absolutely wonderful! She responded incredibly quickly and was professional, highly qualified, and extremely knowledgeable. She clearly knows her field inside and out and was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.
She helped us through the entire process from locating the water leak to water damage remediation and rerouting the old pipes to prevent future problems.
What really stood out to me was her personality. She has this perfect combination of confidence, competence, and genuine kindness, she is the kind of person who immediately makes you feel like the situation is under control. She is incredibly capable and has a strong, no-nonsense energy while still being warm, patient, and compassionate.
Dealing with a water leak is stressful, and having someone like Rhonda there made a huge difference. I felt like I was in very capable hands. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone who needs water leak situation dealt with. She is truly excellent at what she does.”
