“We called on the 3rd of July and spoke with Rachel who kindly scheduled our appointment. Diego and Ivan came on the morning of the 5th. They did a thorough job of cleaning our air ducts and exhaust fan. They also explained every thing they were doing very clearly. Whenever Diego saw any potential issues, he offered solutions. We didn't feel like they were rushing to finish (quality vs quantity). Diego also checked for mold and did not find any. He explained what he would've found had mold been present. They came prepared and we felt we were in very capable hands. Because they do a great job, are knowledgeable, offer clear explanations/solutions, and have a pleasant demeanor, we will always call on them for future HVAC or mold concerns.“
