I am so extremely happy with my service from Pinasco Plumbing. Matthew is a great plumber. He did what Lowe's installer told me couldn't be done. I will use this company for all of my future plumbing needs. Thank you!!!!

I called Pinasco's in the morning and they were out an hour later. Service was good, Carlos fixed my kitchen drain problem. He was professional, courteous and explained everything he was doing. Much appreciated.

Service was good, they fixed my problems very quickly and efficiently (hence the extra star) but...watch your invoice because I was over billed on the hours. I asked to be re-invoiced since I was over charged by over an hour. I even mailed in phone call logs (which I still have) that showed the plumber had called me to say they were on the way from Stockton at 2:46 pm. He called at 3:18 pm when he got to my house in Lodi. I was back to my work at 440 pm (10 minute drive). Yet some how I was billed at over $100 per hour for 2.5 hours. This all took place almost a year ago as I mailed all this stuff back in March 2016 requesting the hours to be changed. Never heard back from them regarding the invoice until today a full 11 months later when I get a phone call asking for the full invoice payment. Of course, all this fell on deaf ears. Would love to find an honest plumbing company here in Lodi since I'll be needing one for some work soon.
