Keith and his helper showed up on time. They had to unhook a defective hot water heater, put in a new one, as well as putting on earthquake straps and cutting a hole in the floor for drainage.They didn't waste any time..They worked hard, did a very good job and the price was good...Five stars for me..

Frank was able to service our unit in a timely manner, he was very professional as to relaying a courtesy call to notify us of a delay in the scheduled time. He fixed an issue most plumbers wouldn't bother to help you with.

We called because we had a faucet leak and then our shut off valves were all broken including the main one to the whole house so they came out and gave us an estimate and said they could come out the next day to do all of the work. They showed up on time, did all of the work, were amazingly professional and kind to my 92 year old Grandpa and they did all the work in one day. It was a big job and they left the place cleaner then when they got there. They even gave him a 10% discount even though it took longer than they thought.
