“I needed a new earthquake valve installed into my gas line. The only problem was that the gas meter was located in a cramped spot and the line branched into two separate lines into the house (3/4" and 1/2"), leaving no obvious location to place the valve. A couple different plumbers came by and gave me both a) outlandish quotes and b) confusing explanations about the work involved. Carlos from Flintridge Rooter came by and gave me a clear explanation about how he was going to solve the problem and also explained how he bills for his time, resulting in a reasonable, affordable estimate. Carlos performed the work quickly and the end result was a nicely organized line into my house, mediated by a brand new earthquake valve. He explained how everything worked and when he was done he even explained how maintenance of our tankless water heater worked. If you need plumbing help, Carlos is the best. “Fixed my water heater by replacing the thermocouple instead of pushing for replacing it like the other guy insisted. Price was very reasonable and followed up with me later that night to confirm hot water was working.Also used his team to clear a clogged pipe at a commercial property a few months ago. “My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. “Wow, don't know where to start. We needed a rental house we have repiped. We had a quote from another company but they turned out to be a flake. They asked us to meet and 1 1/2 hours later they call and say they can't make it at this time can they reschedule. Well, I believe if my business is not good enough for them I will find someone else. I looked up on Yelp and found the Repipe Expert! Contacted them and was contacted by Ruben who was very nice, explained everything in detail and got us a quote very quickly. He was a little more expensive but definitely worth it. The holes that were made were professionally patched, the work was great and we are very pleased with his work. We are now looking at getting our house repiped and we definitely know who to go to.“

“Full sewer line replacementWhen we discovered our sewer lines were original to our 1923 home, we knew it would be a Big Deal. We had three different contractors come out to assess and bid and, while all were in the same ballpark, we were particularly impressed with Antonio's thorough evaluation and obvious attention to detail.All City Plumbing got the contract and we were so happy with the work from beginning to end. The team was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, hardworking, and all well-managed under Antonio's direction.We had half of the 100ft line entirely replaced and regraded while the other half under our garage was lined. All drain piping under the home was removed and the drainage system for all fixtures in home including, kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms were completely rebuilt. At every step, attention was given to ensure minimal impact to us and the home, and that each job was done well.What most impressed me most was Antonio's dedication to ensuring that every "mess" made during the plumbing process disappeared by project completion. Not only did we get new plumbing and a sewer line, we also got new concrete laid where it had to be broken, our paver patio redone where it had to be torn up, new grass seed and plants where the ground was torn up, and everything hauled away - they even through in two (nice) new toilets and installed our new dishwasher! We were so happy to have it all taken care of and added value thoughtfully included in the project.We've already recommended All City Plumbing to several neighbors and they are absolutely our go to for plumbing needs now. “Joe is super-responsive when you call. Our tankless hot water heater conked out & we needed hot waterright away as we had out of town guests staying at our house. Joe set up an appointment the next day, and sent Emil, his star technician. Emil & his co-worker showed up on time and installed the new heater in under 2 hours.While he was at our house, I mentioned to Emil that we were having problems with our kitchen disposal. Emil checked it out, and determined the unit was shot. He proposed replacing the unit with a new one, which he went out & bought & installed the same afternoon.
