When we had a leaky roof last winter, Ryan came out to give us an estimate. Instead of a whole new roof, he suggested a much cheaper (and just as good) alternative: silicone coating. He explained the process and the benefits and said our roof was a good candidate. This was because our roof is flat and the existing material was still in good shape despite being 22 years old. We agreed and he just recently finished the job. He did it himself and it took about the same amount of time as a full reroof, but with far less hassle and disruption. Ryan was awesome! My patio roof was originally "hot mopped". Working Class Construction was recommended by my roofer to do the job. Well, it turns out there's another process for one third the money. It's a silicone coating which will make my patio 20-30 degrees cooler. Also, a 20 yr warranty! Ryan blew out all my gutters (not included in the quote) and then Ryan coated a second patio roof for no extra money! He did the work in 2 hrs just in time for the rain! His prices can't be beat. 805 666-5883.
Their quick response, knowledge and experience is extremely impressive. They have already started with pulling permits, clearing the property and introduced me to an architect. They have been working with my insurance adjuster and the dreaded public works. We are moving very quickly on my rebuilding and I am so blessed to have found them. I interviewed quite a few and thankfully found them. I HIGHLY recommend them
