“Roto-Rooter dispatched their guys in short notice. Came in with the proper equipment to diagnose the issue and get the job done. Unclogged my washer and sink drain. Visually showed me what’s going on in the pipes with their camera. Advised what work needs to be done to permanently fix the issue and offered a payment plan to ease the burden. The plumber Ian and his supervisor Charles were very friendly and respectful. They were professional. Both know what they’re doing. Pleasure doing business with both of them. Would highly recommend.“

Also, they didn’t have the right tool to open the access, but I showed them how to do it with a hammer-claw.
