“Dennis was the tech at my home to see why my 30 year old gas oven didn't work. Within 2 minutes he had the problem diagnosed. Seems ovens aren't very complicated to diagnose but he knew his product very well. The cost was very reasonable. He put eveything back the way he found it and I was extremely satisfied with the service I got from DL Appliance repair.!“

“Five Stars - Especially in Customer Service and Making the Consumer a PriorityWe reached out to Mark and his company on the weekend when our 'big box' company "couldn't fit us in" until Monday. At that point, we had been without heat for 3 nights. Our home was 50 degrees and the thermostat was dropping on the cold nights. Our unit is brand new, installed in July, and within warranty, but the 'big box company' we purchased from couldn't make us a priority or fit us in. This is also our fifth call to them at this point. We decided we needed to look elsewhere. We called Mark at All Air. Mark responded right away. He was at our house - on the weekend, mind you - within an hour and without question. He serviced our unit successfully and we had heat! He was responsive, informative, educated us on the issues at hand, and stuck around for several hours to make sure his fix held.We would highly recommend All Air to anyone who is looking for a mom-n-pop shop who cares and is qualified. He made us feel at ease and got the job done with kindness. We sincerely appreciate him and the team after the weeks of frustration with our 'big box' company.“

“I was having cooling problems with the refrigerator side of my GE GSL25 17 yr old refrigerator and thought I needed to purchase a new temp sensor which they had in stock. Barbara took the time to talk to me about the issues and she pointed out the importance of cleaning the lint/dirt from the coils next to the compressor. I admitted I never had and took her advice to first try cleaning them. I removed the front cross bar and vacuumed from the bottom front and then removed the fiber cover on the lower rear. After thoroughly vacuuming the coils, the freezer and refrigerator both function just like new! THANK YOU BARBARA! you saved me $$$ now and earned all of my future business for appliance parts!“
