Frankly, one star is too high. I have to say that this company is far from professional. They have no ethical threshold, and will do anything at any cost to get their payment, including visiting a customer while they are in the hospital. This man had the audacity to try getting the credit card out of their personal belongings while the customer was in their final moments dying of cancer in the ICU.We assured them that they would be paid for their services once we got the lay of the land, but they continued to harass us and put a lien on the property.

Not sure what to think about this company.They did $30,000 worth of remediation work under the crawlspace of my pre-fab home. After all was said and done, I had a question about their last add of $5,000.00. What they charged me for was for repairs that should have been caught the first two times they crawled under the house. All that work should have been included in their initial quote. I reached out to Harry for some clarification. No response. He has ghosted me.

These are terrible people who make promises they never intended to keep and do not stand behind their work. We had a hot water heater installed by them. Their worker failed to vent the hot water heater correctly so the pilot light kept going out, leaving us with cold water. We talked to Harry and Chris who insisted it wasn't there problem, even though they supposedly warranteed their work. They even refused to send anyone out to look at the problem so we had to hire someone to fix the problem.
