Usually when one works with contractors on home remodeling or renovation, you have to prepare for a very (VERY) long slog. But Eric was on site the day after I phoned, assured me that the home was completely salvageable, and the crew got to work right away. At no point did I feel as though my interests weren’t being protected, and I never had to wonder how things were coming along. Since I was out of state, Eric sent me tons of photos so I could see the progress. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a company on a project this extensive and had this kind of responsive communication.

“Jason was very responsive to my last minute request. The company we had install our pavers had accidentally jack hammered some post tension cables and we needed them repaired while the paver company was still working on our project. The timing was very important and Jason made it work. He worked with the paver company and they repaired the cables. He charged a fair price and most important to me was that he always responded to my text messages. It has been my experience that responsiveness is a rare quality and I value it.
