After a major summer storm, our roof needed a full redo, and Todd put together a clear, detailed estimate that worked well with our insurance company. He also suggested a small upgrade to a stronger, more durable shingle, which was a smart choice for better long-term roof protection. The crew replaced all the shingles, corrected a chimney code issue, installed new gutters and downspouts, and coordinated related exterior repairs, including fixing interior ceiling damage and replacing a small metal dormer roof above the front window. They also improved the overall look of nearby exterior features, and everything came out clean and sharp. What stood out most was the communication. Throughout the roofing project, I was kept informed about the schedule, materials, and each step of the work. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and professionally.
