I’ve lived on the mountain for about thirty-five years and have tried several dentists in that time. Arrowhead Dental Arts is the best of them, and it’s the only one that has an actual commercial (not a remodeled house made into an office space) building with state-of-the-art equipment. And this doesn’t come with exorbitant prices either. I had work done there over a period of three months, from cavities to crowns, by both Dr. Morales and Dr. Choi. They are excellent and careful dentists; they treated me kindly, politely and professionally. Choi is a perfectionist: I had a cap on a tooth that didn’t fit perfectly (her call, not mine) and returned it to the lab for additional work. I mention this because another dentist would’ve been content to use it and send me on my way, if only for our mutual convenience. And I never would’ve known the difference. Not Choi. If it’s not right, it’s not right, and this business wants and deserves a good and fair reputation. The pain factor? Nothing, at least not in my experiences. And they go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, take time to answer your questions (including staff and assistants, who also treated me kindly), and there were no long waits either. Highly recommend.
I have been a client of Anette's at Ultimate Skin for 30 years, as of this year. I started seeing her when I was in my mid-twenties and had some skin issues, and have continued to be her client to this day. Anette is an expert in her field of skin care, offering the latest techniques and equipment with a focus on youthful and healthy skin. As a dentist, I am especially tuned in to the cleanliness of facilities, and Anette goes above and beyond with her disinfection and sterile techniques. Her Lake Arrowhead facility is peaceful, beautifully decorated, and has an amazing view of the lake. It's a mini get-away to have an appointment with Anette. Her years of experience show in her facials, and the results she achieves. I highly recommend Anette and Ultimate Skin!
The roofing team did an excellent job installing our new roof, gutters, and skylights. Bryan was honest, helpful, and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He was on site each day of this large roofing project and always ready to answer our questions. The crew started on time, stayed organized, and completed the work efficiently. They also did a thorough cleanup around the property when the job was finished. We also appreciated how professional and polite the office staff was throughout the whole process. Communication was clear, scheduling was easy, and the entire experience felt well managed from start to finish. We are very happy with the quality of the roofing work and will definitely call them again for future roof and exterior projects.

Today, I trusted Christoper to cut my hair into a beautiful, chic, voluminous shape, and I am so glad I did!! Honestly, I’m over the moon. Since moving to Lake Arrowhead last year, I’ve been hesitant to expect big-city artistry when it comes to my hair cuts. I wondered also if anyone could cut curly hair into something other than a triangle. But I finally decided, after seeing his work on all my cute friends, that it was time for me to book an appointment of my own. It took a few weeks to get in, and it was absolutely worth the wait! Chris is busy for a reason. He took the time to make sure that we were on the same page about what I wanted, and then I just relaxed into the chair and watched him work. It was very clear, very quickly, that he’s a master of his craft. We are so lucky to have such a talented hairdresser up here!
I went into Dr. Burkart's office today with broken-off-at-the-arm glasses that I need to do my work. I had already tried supergluing and taping them, and I was desperate. The women at this office really helped me out! Leslie worked with me -- without an appointment! -- to problem solve until we had a working solution. It's rare to find someone who actually wants to help you fix something that many people would agree was a lost cause. I appreciate that "can do" attitude so much. The people at this office are kind, caring, outside-the-box thinkers who go the extra mile for us up here in the mountains. Ten stars!!

Radly and Wyatt have been doing big jobs on my 15 acre property and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Anytime I have a concern, I give them a call and they’re here within the week. They take care to only do what’s needed in an ecologically sensitive manner to make my multiple buildings and activity areas safe for people to be in. The rates are reasonable and they are happy to travel an hour to come out. I would recommend anyone contract them for tree maintenance and removal.
Dr Cheeley is the real deal, not only with his hands. Friendly guy and very informative, comes up with great solutions, important when you need the extra mile. If you need a chiropractor, he comes highly recommended.
We just received excellent service and response from Juan and his team at Lake Arrowhead floor And Window Coverings! We had a challenging repair and restoration on custom Draperies and Juan was able to think outside the box and come up with an excellent solution that was both cost-effective and timely. He was friendly, courteous and responsive. He also was timely in his arrival, time and completion of the installation. We are thrilled and will be planning on using him again soon.

I had a private Pilates session with Mel and it was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and hands on throughout the entire session. She took the time to make sure my posture was correct, that I was engaging the right muscles & that I was performing each movement correctly. What really stood out to me was her confidence in her touch. You can tell when she puts her hands on you that she knows what she is doing and how she's doing it, her guidance made me feel comfortable and supported while still being very challenged lol if you're new to Pilates or looking to improve your technique, I highly recommend booking a session with Melissa. It was a great experience & I'm looking forward to coming back!

Had the best facial with Erin and I can't recommend her enough! ✨ It was so relaxing, and my skin felt absolutely amazing afterward—glowy, refreshed, and so smooth. I've also been getting my long hair cut by Sia for a while now, and she always does such a great job. Between the two of them, I always leave feeling pampered, confident, and taken care of. 💕
Friendly staff. Clean showers, love all the different faucet angles inside the showers. The jacuzzi was really nice and all jets working well. Clean throughout. The older lady that works inside cleaning and picking up is very nice and super friendly.
There’s so many different towels in sizes to choice from..There’s lockers, clean bathrooms Changing rooms.
My complaint would be that the sauna is kept super hot, I couldn’t sit nor last inside but 10 seconds, hard to breath, and I had to go out, it was towards closing hours and I was rushing out that I didn’t get to speak to someone out the heat inside.
This is a group led by an extremely caring nurse with a lot of experience in health care issues, including those following major surgery. Even the folks who answer the phone at Lake Arrowhead Home Health Care are friendly and caring and go the extra mile. This team should be treasured in a mountain community where expert resources can be hard to find! Lisa has my undying gratitude for her help during a difficult time post-surgery.
The doctors have always been kind and caring and Dr. Coleman saved my cat’s life when two emergency hospitals couldn’t diagnose her problem. Dr. Malone has been treating my cat with multiple health issues and is keeping her conditions in check.
