“Clean Initiate Solar installed the solar system at my house. I have an issue where the house battery doesn’t power the house when the grid power goes down, even though the house battery is charged.

The first time I called in, someone answered, and they responded with “we’ll check some diagnostics and call you back in 10 minutes.” They never called, and that was about 3 months ago. I’ve called them and left messages, and emailed, a total of about 20-30 times. They have not answered or respond since the first "we'll get back to you." I will be filing this review in as many forums I can, and with the Better Business Bureau, as a warning to other potential customers.

Update: after posting the review above several places, Clean Initiative immediately reached out, sent out a service tech, and fixed the problem. I'm going with 4/5 stars because there still appears to be no way to reach customer service without going to such drastic lengths, but now I'm happy with the solar installation.“

“wow i honestly cant believe how good this place was. i got a quote and they got right back to me the same day which never happens. the crew showed up on time and actually cleaned up every single nail and scrap after. roof looks solid too no more leaks finally. honestly felt like they really cared about doing it right not just rushing through. we had a bad storm last week and everything held perfect. definitely calling them again if i need anything.“

“honestly was a little nervous about getting roof work done out here in the middle of nowhere but these guys showed up right on time and got it done way quicker than i expected. the whole crew was super friendly and they cleaned up every single nail and scrap which i didn't ask for but really appreciated. my old roof was leaking every time it rained and now not a drop gets through feels like a whole new house honestly. they even fixed a small section of siding that had nothing to do with the roof just because they noticed it was loose. price was fair too for the amount of work they did definitely coming back if i need anything else.“
