I came to him with questions about attic ventilation and he walked through the options with me patiently, explaining the reasoning behind what he recommended rather than just telling me what to buy. When I asked for changes to the plan, he accommodated them at a fair price.
Communication was consistently good throughout, by both email and text. Glen was on site every day of the job and gave me an update at the end of each work day, so I always knew exactly where things stood. That's not something I've experienced with every contractor.
His crew did excellent work and cleaned up thoroughly when they finished — the property was left in better shape than I expected. The entire project took about three and a half days on our 1,650 sq ft single-story home.
