“I would have appreciated a follow up text the day before to confirm our appointment. And then again to introduce my roofer and he could text when arriving.
I'm assuming the roof is all repaired now. It's not like I woyld go up there and look. I'll let them know next time it rains.”
LAC Roofing Inc
“After meeting with 5 roofing co n getting quotes. I chose lac roofing . I met personally with owner and not sales reps. I felt real confident and relaxed around Luis, no sales pressure. After a reasonable quote, job n repairs completed in Two days as quoted. The crew were great guys , hardest working crew. Friendly, professional n when I had questions they were able to explain process n I really appreciated them for that. On time every morning, and I appreciated them cleaning up before leaving every time. Really pleased with roof n new roof vents installed. Highly recommend this company n will definitely call right away if need ever arises.”
