“I recently had IE Stay Dry Roofing replace the roof on my home. I called looking for an inspection of my roof, it was about 30 years old, no leaks but had some bumps that were not looking good to me and shingles that were in questionable condition. Javier came out the next day for an inspection, and took some pretty thorough pictures and explained the exact condition my roof was in and gave a quote for replacement if I wanted to go that route, which I decided to do. For such a big job he honestly made it very straight forward and easy, all the way from inspection and quote, to the finishing of the job. He got me on the schedule, explained it would be a 5 day job, Monday thru Friday which it was. He and his crew were on time, professional and kept the area clean. I would say they went above and beyond to address all the details. I can't see a single place that looks like it was rushed or done sloppy, from the wood decking and fascia they replaced, to the flashing and shingles, everything looks clean, tight and intentional. They even touched up and painted some fascia boards they replaced. Crew was polite and hard working and Javier was up there with them. No issues with communication, everything Javier said he would do, he did. In the end the roof looks amazing, I really couldn't ask for a better job. I feel very confident now going into winter, the last year or two I was always looking and listening when it rained hard. No more of that!
