I had severe tailbone pain and problems after playing professional volleyball for many years, which had one of cause one of the muscles to spasm over nerves that went through the pelvic floor. It was absolutely horrible but thanks to Julie and her caring and knowledgeable team, I was able to get well and was able to fully recover. “I can’t say enough good things about Dr. O’Toole’s chiropractic office in Mission Viejo. As a veteran, I’ve dealt with a lot of chronic pain over the years and honestly had just learned to live with it. My pain level was usually around an 8 most days, and I thought that was just my normal. After starting treatment with Dr. O’Toole, it has gone down to about a 2, which honestly still amazes me.

Dr. O’Toole is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand what’s going on with your body. His adjustments are precise and effective, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping his patients feel better. Every visit I leave feeling lighter, more mobile, and just overall better.

The staff in the office are also wonderful. They are always friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. As a mom of three, life can get pretty hectic, and my own health and self-care often fall to the bottom of the list. Their text reminders have been such a huge help for me. Between the reminders and putting it in my Google calendar, it keeps me on track with my appointments.

At this point, going to Dr. O’Toole’s office has become part of my routine, and it’s something I genuinely look forward to. If you’re dealing with pain or just want to take better care of your body, I highly recommend him.“
