“Julie Sarton physical therapy on her team has saved my life more than once. I had severe tailbone pain and problems after playing professional volleyball for many years, which had one of cause one of the muscles to spasm over nerves that went through the pelvic floor. Causing severe pain when I was about 30. I could not sit down, only stand and lay down before I discovered them. It was absolutely horrible but thanks to Julie and her caring and knowledgeable team, I was able to get well and was able to fully recover. As with all physical therapy, you have to go consistently do all of the exercises and trust that it’s going to get better. It takes time And you absolutely have to remain positive. I have seen them heal so many people it’s amazing. They gave me my quality of life back, and I was even able to carry and go through two pregnancies after their help to have my two boys… for that I am ever grateful. “I can’t say enough great things about my experience at ProPT. When I first came in, I was dealing with severe lower back pain caused by long hours of desk work, and it was seriously limiting my ability to train and enjoy workouts. Thanks to the incredible team at ProPT, I’m now much stronger, in little to no pain, and back to weight lifting, daily walks, and workouts that I truly enjoy again.

One thing I really appreciate about ProPT is that they don’t take shortcuts. This is not a place where you show up, get a quick treatment, and leave in 30 minutes. They take the time to teach you proper movements and exercises, explain the “why” behind them, and make sure you’re doing them correctly. “When I was referred by an acquaintance I had been in serious back pain for almost a year. I had seen many doctors, pain management, neurosurgeons massage therapists, chiropractors, physical therapists and I had xrays and MRIs. No one could get me out of pain, nor did anyone know why I was in pain in the exact spot I was feeling it. Since the first visit, I could tell that this was going to be the answer. Every single time I went, I got closer to 100% pain free. I have now been about 7 times and I am pain free but I am continuing to go so that the pain doesn't return.
