“We've been going to see Dr. Tsai for 2 years for Myopia Care, specifically Ortho K, for my now 14yr and 12yr olds. The staff is always very friendly. The location is clean and inviting, and their waiting area is great for entertaining little ones. Very very rarely have we had to wait long for our appointments. Dr. Tsai is patient and attentive when actually seeing us. I appreciate that she very knowledgeable and answers all our questions thoroughly. You really do feel like they want the best for their patients.“

“Positive: Optometrist is efficient and business-like in her approach and communicates her findings during the entire exam. Negative: While our dual insurance coverage has for many years resulted in lower out-of-pocket costs, we were informed that these discounts could not be applied. It took a phone call on our part to verify that we are, in fact, entitled to these non-trivial discounts. On a positive note, Pearle issued a refund on the same day as our visit even though it was then after their normal closing hours.“

“I was impressed by Target Optical's Dr. Christine Liu, OD. She took time with me, and understood my need for reading glasses knowing that my left eye vision is different from my right eye's vision. She explained in detail the results of my tests. She was very clear and took time to answer my questions. This Target displayed various eyeglass frames--just as many as other optometry stores. I had a true variety of frames to choose from. I will be going back to this office. The staff was friendly, and the Optical area was well organized, clean as a whistle, with very attractive displays. Some places are very much based on the lens and their ability to provide a high-quality lens made exactly as as necessary and positioned in a frame to make the best use of that lens. Your optics offers all these things. They have an amazing talent for shopping beautiful frames, providing them to you, and putting a lot of energy into what you care about and how you want to appear. they have decades of experience at fitting. And they make amazing lenses. I have bought the most expensive top quality progressive lenses for decades the product they make is amazing. This is the most professional eyewear location I could find. Despite all the money I have spent buying the best glasses that could be bought and being pretty happy with those, they were able to make me the best pair I've ever had for a little less money than I had been spending. Not cheap but not overpriced. The par I ended up getting were JF Rey. I don't want to say much about where I used to go which is a big company that buys out everyone else, has a McDonald's type eye exam and lens order process and tries to undermine the industry by taking over source materials around the world.“

“I have been a patient of Dr. Melinda Wells for years and every appointment is like a homecoming. Dr. Wells and her entire staff are top notch in every way. Exams for eyeglasses and contacts are thorough, and I always walk out feeling great about the process. “I cannot express how highly I recommend him. I’ve always had great experiences with my annual vision check as he has always been throughly with his exams and explained everything to me in a clear concise manner. However, I had a recent eye trauma that resulted in vision impairment. First, his office staff went above and beyond to fit me in his schedule in a quick time. Once, I was in the appointment he referred me over to a retina ophthalmologist. He called the ophthalmologist office and i had an appointment with them before I ever left his office. He continued to go above and beyond and after receiving the report called to check on my vision and to see how I was feeling. His office staff is professional and friendly. Dr Onishi genuinely cares for his patients and combined with his outstanding quality of care. I would highly recommend him and his office!“

I had LASIK over 20 years ago but with the natural aging of the eyes I am on to soft contacts and lenses. So happy to have found Dr. Onishi. My husband is very happy with Dr. Onishi as well!“

Jodie (sorry if I spell wrong) was amazing from the phone conversation to check in, she knows her stuff and is so caring. Then we met Dr Megdadi. She was absolutely the best. Took her time with our daughter and did a very good job getting her eyes diagnosed (we have some issues to say the least). I asked Dr Megdadi a few challenging questions and she did amazing.So amazing in fact that my husband and I are switching to her now.
